Mechatronics Engineering Department is one of the departments in the Faculty of Engineering which is dedicated to the study of control, instrumentation, automation, mechatronics and robotics engineering with 15 academic staɡ members and 4 technologists. The Department is dedicated to providing the best quality engineering education to its students so as to become the leaders of research in the Mechatronics Engineering field.

The Department offers a degree in Mechatronics Engineering (B. Eng. Mechatronics). 

Excellent student quality has been shown through good employability in various industrial sectors. Graduates of Mechatronics Engineering are highly skilled and capable in narrowing the gap between mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering, and have an immense advantage of employment.
